Return Policy

If your item is damaged, imperfect, or otherwise not in excellent condition, please email us at info@ironinksigns.com.  We will respond to discuss the issue and we will remedy the problem by replacing your item, if appropriate.  You may return your item within 30 days of purchase as long as it is in the original packaging.  You will receive a full refund of the amount you paid for the item. If you cancel an order before production, you will be charged any actual expenses incurred by IRONiNK, including, but not limited to transaction processing fees and design fees.
